This policy is incorporated into and forms part of the SalesTax50 Terms of Service. If a specific provision conflicts with the main Terms, the main Terms control.
These privacy, cookie, security, and data-processing disclosures describe SalesTax50's practices and obligations but do not create warranties, tax guarantees, audit guarantees, penalty reimbursement obligations, fiduciary duties, or service-level commitments beyond those expressly stated in the main Terms or a separate written agreement.
SalesTax50 may rely on customer instructions, account permissions, connected systems, third-party data, and approved filing information and is not responsible for inaccuracies or omissions originating from the customer or third-party sources except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
SalesTax50 may modify these policies as reasonably necessary to reflect changes in law, technology, security controls, vendors, payment methods, data flows, or the Service, subject to any notice or consent requirements imposed by applicable law.
If applicable law grants a right or imposes an obligation that cannot be waived or limited by contract, that law controls only to the extent legally required.
